Assigning of land, shelter or better, is
an #American #governance duty
for the #Homeless #UnwillinglyHomeless
needing to live safe, sleep ..
To have a Town, a City, a County, a State, a Nation, establish laws and or prevent the Homeless, the Unwillingly Homeless from having at least a safe land area to go to, to be upon, (24/7, for safety, sleep, and other human needs), where and when needed, (if not something better), when there are not enough private shelters or such available for them, is not what I understand this Nation and its founding documents, Bill of Rights, lives given defending the sacred honor of what, “We the People”, mean to this Nation, that declared, all people have certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, and let us not forget what, Thomas Jefferson also wrote, “And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor." – The Declaration of Independence. Please, support the right of the, Unwillingly Homeless, to be made available to them at the very least, a safe ground land area or better if possible, but at least a safe ground land area, when there are not enough private shelters or such available for them. This for every, Town, City, County and area where needed for the citizens, the Unwillingly Homeless citizens of that area in need of such and not make being, Unwillingly Homeless, a crime, because they try to sleep in a public park that has laws against doing that, and yet they have no, shelter or such, available for them in the local area to go to. Are unwillingly homeless people going to be taken to jail, because they fell asleep in a public park or such, because there was no where else to go to sleep that was legal that they could afford? |
"Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every 'superstar,' every 'supreme leader,' every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there — on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam." *Carl Sagan |
