In difficult times, some people find themselves homeless
and unable to afford the price of a room to sleep in, eat
in, live in, and there are no local area shelters at times
available or useable for them, so they, the homeless,
the unwillingly homeless in these times, need some place
to go, a place to be safe, to live their life in liberty and
not be in violation of any laws, they need to have at a
minimum a safe ground, a land area, some place, some
area to go to, if not something better if possible, to be
alive, without being persecuted, without being
considered in violation of any laws, without having
to live in fear because they are homeless,
unwillingly homeless.

Homeless, unwillingly homeless citizens, must have,
{provided by the local area government and or a
combination of local area government and or other
government entities
}, at a minimum, a safe ground,
a land area, or some place to be safe, some area to live,
so that they may have a place to live their life in liberty,
and also so that they may sleep as needed and perform other
human necessities as needed, and this should be available,
(24/7), so as not to to have them be in violation of
homeless ordnances,
vagrancy, loitering or anti-homelessness
legislation in the area they are in
, and so this needs to be in
the area they are located in, or reasonably close to it, when
no other acceptable shelter, (they do not want to go to a
shelter
that is of a faith, belief and or practice that they do
not prescribe to),
is available, and this minimum safe ground
land area, or whatever place, must be made available for
for the homeless
the unwillingly homeless and, {provided
by the local area government and or a combination
of local area government and or other government entities
}

To have a Town, a City, a County, a State, a Nation, establish laws and or prevent the Homeless, the Unwillingly Homeless from having at least a safe land area to go to, to be upon, (24/7, for safety, sleep, and other human needs), where and when needed, (if not something better), when there are not enough private shelters or such available for them, is not what I understand this Nation and its founding documents, Bill of Rights, lives given defending the sacred honor of what, “We the People”, mean to this Nation, that declared, all people have certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, and let us not forget what, Thomas Jefferson also wrote, “And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor." – The Declaration of Independence.

Please, support the right of the, Unwillingly Homeless, to be made available to them at the very least, a safe ground land area or better if possible, but at least a safe ground land area, when there are not enough private shelters or such available for them. This for every, Town, City, County and area where needed for the citizens, the Unwillingly Homeless citizens of that area in need of such and not make being, Unwillingly Homeless, a crime, because they try to sleep in a public park that has laws against doing that, and yet they have no, shelter or such, available for them in the local area to go to.

Are unwillingly homeless people going to be taken to jail, because they fell asleep in a public park or such, because there was no where else to go to sleep that was legal that they could afford?

"Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every 'superstar,' every 'supreme leader,' every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there — on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam."
